We have changed our plans in ordering agency staff from ringing five or six different agencies to contacting C&N with out requirements and asking them to meet our demands.

This has worked in as we only have to contact one office, and when we reach for the week end supply, a list of who and at what time is sent to our office which helps as we have shifts changes ourselves everyone is aware of who is to arrive on site. The type of driving we ask for is are HGV 1 using wagons and drags or 44 ton units and have I believe a good standard of driver that are familiar with taco laws and the type of paper work that needed filling in which ads benefit to our office when we are and how we treat our products and reports any incidents that may occur.

From the report I have had back from the agencies that C&N use they are very happy as they get a good share of the work spread out amongst themselves and have all the hassle of the time sheet combined on to one sheet which also helps our administration as we only have to raise one purchase order.

So over all I believe this is a better system to work with and we are more confident of having our demands met by C&N.
