Having worked in the residential letting industry for eight years, I have experienced the service of numerous cleaning companies, but none of them have come close to C & N.

I am impressed with their attention to detail. Anybody can hoover carpets, wipe kitchen surfaces and put bleach down a toilet. But with C & N cleaning, properties actually look like professionals have cleaned them. Skirting boards are dusted, kitchen units cleaned inside and out, cookers gleam, cobwebs are removed and windows sparkling.

With the lettings industry becoming ever more competitive, standards have to be raised and I am confident that if I asked C & N to clean a property, it would be done on time and to a very high standard. High standards mean happy tenants means happy landlords.
